TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All offers in the program run from Monday 28th August 2023 – Monday 20th of November 2023 and are for retail sales of selected Mercury Outboard models only that meet the conditions of the program.

  • Offer is subject to availability and engines must be installed and registered by no later than 20th of January
    2024.
  • Offer not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Mercury Marine continuously explores means to improve the product’s design, manufacturing and
    distribution process. Changes to prices and specifications of engines and rigging are ongoing and subject
    to change.
  • Offer applies to selected 40-150hp FourStroke and SeaPro models only.
  • Eligible models must have been purchased directly from Mercury Marine Australia or approved Australian
    OEM BMT partners, and must be 2021 build onward product only.
  • Claims will be audited to ensure they comply with all the terms and conditions of the program.
  • Only participating dealers will be listed on the Mercury Marine website for the duration of the program.
  • All outboards must be registered with complete customer details; including address, valid mobile and email
    address contacts, by the dealer within 7 days of the retail sale to be eligible for a rebate.
  • No other program discounts apply with the offer. All orders must be received by no later than 5pm (Local
    Australian EST) on 20th November 2023. No forward orders are allowed.
