Mercruiser Diesel V8 TDI 370 HP engine Repowered into Larson Fibreglass cruiser

The Yanmar 6 cyl engine was removed by Hitech Marine from this heavy Larson 270 Cabrio cabin cruiser.

A new Mercruiser 370hp Diesel V8 twin turbo engine was then installed along with new transom and Bravo 3 twin prop XR Drive unit, along with a full tidy up of the bilge and dash board wiring by our Wangara Branch in Western Australia

The Performance result was outstanding as can be seen by the fuel economy and performance figures on the graph below

After having the plumbing, wiring, through hull fittings and filters all correctly mounted and repositioned the owner is very happy with the decision to Repower with Australia’s number 1 Mercruiser Dealer of the year Hitech Marine
