The Mercruiser 6.2 V8 engine was selected for its ample bottom end torque coupled to a Bravo 2 drive with a large diameter prop.
This Repower has resulted in a lighter, faster and far more economical power marine engine solution. Shifting the engine weight to the centre of the hull has also made the boat far more stable at rest and the single engine has cut down maintenance costs significantly.
A touch of the throttle makes this heavy hull leap onto the plane and when opened up can achieve speeds exceeding 36 knots with ease.
