The old Volvo Penta ® Diesel engines could only achieve 18 knots at full throttle and would struggle to keep the vessel on plane.
After having Hitech Marine carry out a full Repower the new Mercruiser engines effortlessly lift the 34 footer up and push it along at over 35 knots!
The vessel is now lighter, faster and actually uses less fuel than the old Diesel engines.
The full dual engine RePower was completed for less than the cost of rebuilding the old engines, the owners are delighted with the Mercruiser RePower carried out by Hitech Marine, Australia's number 1 Mercruiser RePower Centre.
